Once our client contacts us, she or he is placed in touch with our Domestic Director, who will review the various possibilities for medical and logistical services available.

Determine Medical Need & Introduce Doctor or Surgeon

Upon determination of medical need, our Domestic Director will contact the dentists you would like to meet and arrange an introduction with video conference, telephone or online. This will allow you to become more familiar with your selected medical practitioner and further help to clarify your decision making process.

Organizing Flights, Lodging, Transportation & Tourism

Medical Tourism Solutions will then assist you in finding flight options, as well as refer you to our partner hotels and logistical services to ensure luxury, professionalism and safety throughout your experience. Itinerary Finalization, Medical Scheduling & Deposit

After distinguishing what accommodation, transportation, logistical and tourism variables you are interested in, we will design your itinerary in concert with the entire dental tourism process and vacation, and then finalize reservation, scheduling and deposit.

Arrival, Reception, & Introductions

When you arrive, we can welcome you with a private car or assist you with your preferred means of transportation. You will be greeted at the airport by your Destination Director and accompanied to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, we will soon escort you to meet your dentist to begin evaluations.

Exam & Consult Period

On the 2nd day, your dentist will re-evaluate his findings from your international correspondence, x-rays and prepare for you procedure. All of our patients are provided with an initial review as well as informed consultation that is signed to guarantee that our patients are well informed and in complete understanding of the procedures about to be preformed. In many cases the dental work begins that same or the following day.

Dental Work or Oral Surgery Begins

The dental work begins once all health and medical variables are evaluated, and you have been formally informed and are prepared for your dental procedure. Some patients will require multiple visits; others will receive a single cleaning and bleaching. Each case requires a different schedule.

Relaxation & Recovery

After each session with your dentist we will bring you back to your lodging accommodations or take you to your preferred destination. Depending on the depth of dental work, most patients can enjoy the amenities of their accommodations or tourism around their selected destination.

Return Home

After the entire medical process has been completed, patients recover and return home at the specifications of their dentist. Upon arrival home, the consultation process continues and long-term check-up schedules are designed.
